रामसेना Ramsena

The Ramsena Manifesto

The strength of a society is determined by its sense of identity, organizational unity, mutual sense of responsibility, social cohesion, and awareness of its own rights. This document sets out the need, the values, and the long-term commitments on which Ramsena is established.

संगठन Sangathan

The Need for a Unified Sanatani Society

The strength and existence of a society do not depend solely on its population, heritage, or past glory. The true strength of a society is determined by its sense of identity, organizational unity, mutual sense of responsibility, social cohesion, and awareness of its own rights. A society that understands and preserves its identity, knows its history, understands its rights, and is capable of working collectively to protect those rights can preserve and strengthen its existence and distinctiveness in changing times.

Sanatana civilization is one of the world's oldest and continuously evolving civilizational traditions. Its presence is not limited to any particular territory, language, ethnicity, or community. People belonging to Hindu and Sanatani communities live across the world, across different countries, regions, languages, communities, traditions, practices, and schools of thought. This diversity is a natural characteristic of the Sanatani heritage. However, despite this diversity, there exists a broader cultural and civilizational unity among them. With changing times, there is a need to reorganize and strengthen this sense of unity in a contemporary manner.

The fundamental basis for the establishment of Ramsena is this sense of need. Ramsena has been established with the objective of creating an effective organizational connection among Hindu and Sanatani communities at an all-India and international level.

The objective of the organization is not merely to react to a particular issue. Rather, it is to bring the religious, cultural, social, and civic interests of the Sanatani community within an organized framework and to establish a clear long-term vision for the future of the community.

02

एकता Ekata

Sanatani Unity

Throughout the long history of Sanatani society, numerous philosophies, traditions, practices, and communities have developed. Ramsena's organizational philosophy considers this diversity not as a cause for division, but as different expressions of the broader Sanatani heritage.

Regardless of differences in caste, language, region, community, or customary practices, there is a need to establish mutual cooperation and social cohesion among members of the Sanatani community.

The objective of this unity is not to eliminate the distinct identity of any individual or group. Rather, it is to connect people with different identities through a broader social and cultural bond.

Ramsena believes that issues that are difficult for individuals or small groups to raise effectively can be brought forward more clearly and effectively by an organized society.

Therefore, organization does not simply mean increasing numbers. Organization means creating a sense of responsibility, discipline, mutual cooperation, and the ability to make collective decisions.

Identity and Cultural Continuity

Knowing one's past is essential for building the future of any society. Without awareness of its history, philosophy, religious traditions, literature, art, architecture, knowledge systems, festivals, social customs, and way of life, a society's cultural identity may gradually weaken over the long term.

Ramsena does not view the preservation and development of Sanatani culture merely as an effort to preserve memories of the past. It is also connected with the intellectual and cultural development of the next generation.

Sanatani heritage needs to be presented to the younger generation in a rational and relevant manner while remaining compatible with modern education, science, technology, and global changes.

Awareness of one's own culture does not teach disrespect toward other cultures. Rather, a healthy sense of identity gives an individual confidence in their own position and increases their ability to coexist responsibly within a diverse society.

04

स्वतंत्रता Swatantrata

Religious Freedom

Religious belief is an important part of an individual's personal freedom. Respecting an individual's right to voluntarily make decisions about their own religion or beliefs is an essential condition of a just society.

At the same time, allegations of religious conversion through force, fraud, fear, dishonest inducement, or any other unethical means should be taken seriously.

In such cases, decisions should not be based on emotion. What is required is information, investigation, evidence, and the appropriate application of existing law.

Ramsena recognizes the right to religious freedom while also emphasizing the need for social and legal awareness regarding allegations of coercive or fraudulent religious conversion.

In matters of religious conversion, two questions should be considered separately: whether the individual made the decision freely, and whether there was any illegal influence, coercion, or deception involved in that decision.

05

संबंध Sambandha

Position on Interfaith Relationships

Interfaith relationships in themselves are not a crime. In matters involving personal relationships and marriage between consenting adults, legal personal freedom is a fundamental consideration.

However, regarding the concept and allegations commonly referred to in India as "Love Jihad," Ramsena believes that specific allegations involving deception, coercive relationships, concealment of identity, pressure to convert, or organized conspiracy should be examined on the basis of facts and law.

It is not acceptable to assume that an allegation is true merely because it involves religious identity. At the same time, it is equally inappropriate to dismiss the possibility of wrongdoing merely because the subject is politically controversial.

Every allegation should therefore be evaluated through verification of facts, protection of the rights of victims, and impartial application of the law.

Ramsena's position is that personal freedom must be respected while effective social and legal safeguards must exist against deception, coercion, and unlawful influence.

06

सुरक्षा Suraksha

Women, Family, and Social Security

A healthy family is one of the foundations of a stable society. Therefore, the safety of women and children, family stability, the future of young people, and broader social security are not issues concerning any particular community alone; they are part of the wider responsibility of society.

Ramsena supports a social environment in which women can live independently with respect for their dignity, safety, and right to make their own decisions, and where individuals facing deception, coercion, or violence receive appropriate protection from the state and society.

Just as restricting an individual's freedom in the name of family is unacceptable, ignoring deception or coercion in the name of individual freedom is also unacceptable.

07

समानता Samanata

Equality and the Question of Discrimination

Equality of citizens before the law is a fundamental principle of a democratic state.

Whether there is discrimination against any religious community in state policy, administrative structures, or the application of law should be examined on the basis of facts, law, and constitutional principles.

Ramsena will particularly raise questions regarding the existing administrative, financial, and institutional structures governing religious institutions.

If there are differences between government control over the income and assets of temples and the administrative arrangements applicable to institutions of other religions, the legal basis, necessity, and fairness of such differences should be subject to public discussion.

It is also important to ensure that the income and donations received by temples are managed transparently, accountably, and effectively for social welfare.

The fair participation and representation of the concerned religious community in the management of religious institutions and their resources should also be considered.

Ramsena will present these questions not as opposition to any religious community, but as questions of law, equality, transparency, and fair administration.

08

अधिकार Adhikara

Rights and Responsibilities

A society does not become strong merely by speaking about its rights. The relationship between rights and responsibilities is equally important.

Alongside protecting the rights of the Sanatani community, it is necessary to establish among its members a culture of respecting the law, social responsibility, compassion toward vulnerable people, mutual cooperation, and responsibility toward the country.

For Ramsena, a strong society is one in which people are aware of their own rights, respectful of the legitimate rights of others, and prepared to fulfill their responsibilities.

09

युवा Yuva

The New Generation

The continuity of any civilization depends on the generation that follows it.

It is not enough to speak about the glory of the past. The next generation must also be given the knowledge, character, skills, and confidence necessary to carry that heritage forward.

Ramsena envisions a generation that is conscious of its Sanatani heritage and cultural roots while also being prepared to compete in the modern world through education, science, technology, economics, and an understanding of global developments.

The future of Sanatani society is therefore not merely a question of religious identity. It is also a question of education, employment, social responsibility, cultural awareness, and human values.

10

सेवा Seva

Social Service and Mutual Cooperation

The strength of an organization is demonstrated not merely through its statements but through its effective presence when society needs it.

Within the Sanatani community, there are people who may be economically vulnerable, deprived of educational opportunities, facing emergencies, or in need of social assistance. Standing beside such people is part of organizational responsibility.

Through education, social assistance, disaster relief, legal awareness, cultural activities, and need-based social initiatives, Ramsena seeks to establish an effective framework for mutual cooperation.

11

संविधान Samvidhana

Constitutional and Democratic Approach

Every social and rights-based position taken by Ramsena will be based on law, the Constitution, facts, and democratic processes.

If Ramsena believes that a law or policy needs to be changed, the demand for such change will be raised through constitutional means.

If discrimination is alleged, arguments, evidence, and legal positions will be presented against it.

If there is a social allegation or grievance, the organization will seek to verify its authenticity and pursue lawful remedies.

Organized protest and freedom of expression are part of democratic rights. However, exercising those rights responsibly is equally important.

12

लक्ष्य Lakshya

The Goal of Ramsena

Ramsena's objective is to work toward building a Sanatani society that is conscious of its identity, aware of its history, aware of its rights, firm in its responsibilities, and capable of mutual cooperation when needed.

This objective is not limited to any particular law, election, political event, or social issue.

Ramsena's organizational vision is broader. It seeks to promote a society in which Sanatani people:

  • are confident about their religious and cultural identity
  • cooperate with one another across different sections of society
  • give importance to the safety of women and families
  • protect religious freedom and civic rights
  • examine serious allegations concerning religious conversion and interfaith relationships on the basis of facts and law
  • promote transparency and fair principles in the administration and management of religious institutions and their resources
  • remain connected with their cultural roots while preparing the next generation for the modern world

Ramsena does not accept hatred toward any individual or community as an organizational principle.

At the same time, it does not support ignoring allegations of injustice, discrimination, deception, coercion, or deprivation of rights merely because addressing such issues may be politically inconvenient or socially uncomfortable.

Every issue should be evaluated on the basis of facts, reason, law, and justice.

13

प्रतिबद्धता Pratibaddhata

A Long-Term Organizational Commitment

For Ramsena, an organization is not merely a name, a symbol, or a membership list.

An organization means a coherent set of ideas, a responsible institutional structure, and a long-term commitment to society.

Strengthening the unity of Sanatani society, preserving its cultural identity, increasing awareness of people's rights, creating structures for social security and mutual cooperation, and raising legitimate demands within the framework of law and democracy form the core of Ramsena's organizational philosophy.

Ramsena believes that the future of a society is not something that someone else comes and determines for it. The responsibility for building that future must be accepted by society itself.

  • It must know its history.
  • It must preserve its culture.
  • It must understand its rights.
  • It must fulfill its responsibilities.
  • It must stand beside vulnerable members of society.
  • It must take a lawful position against injustice.
  • And it must rise above divisions to build broader social unity.

It is on the foundation of this sense of responsibility, unity, and identity that Ramsena seeks to promote the idea of an organized, conscious, confident, and responsible Sanatani society.
